Who are we?
Based in Saint-Agrève, Élise Monfrini is a practitioner certified by Lise Bourbeau’s “Écoute Ton Corps” school, specialising in helping relationships and personal development. She supports associations and athletes through individual sessions, workshops and talks aimed at identifying emotional blocks and wounds of the soul in order to regain a lasting life balance.
She offers concrete tools to turn fears and stress into levers of fulfilment, whether in person in her space “La Grange de Mayac” or remotely. Her holistic approach allows everyone to regain control of their emotional and relational well-being through a better knowledge of themselves.
