Who are we?
A collective sales outlet is a shop selling farm products directly, managed jointly and exclusively by a group of farmers. The farmers take turns staffing the shop, and each supplies their own products. At least one producer is always present to serve customers. Le Cellier des Montagnes is a Groupement d’Intérêt Économique, an economic interest grouping. The organisation itself makes no profit: the shop is effectively a direct extension of the member farms’ activities.
