MONNAIE LOCALE – LE BUZUK

Le Buzuk is a complementary local currency used in the Morlaix area. It was created to encourage a more local, solidarity-based economy by supporting exchanges between residents, businesses and associations in the area. Its aim is to support short supply chains, strengthen the local economy and promote more responsible, ethical consumption.

Le Buzuk operates alongside the euro at an equivalent value, but is designed to circulate only within a network of approved partners. This keeps the wealth generated within the area and helps invigorate the local economy.
