Formalising the commitment
Creation of a dedicated post to coordinate the environmental approach, in order to formalise the establishment's responsibility and involvement in preserving resources and reducing impacts. This role ensures constant, consistent monitoring of the actions put in place.
Coordination and follow-up of actions
The environmental lead oversees the implementation of eco-gestures, sets priorities, ensures the consistency of initiatives and ensures the continuity of actions day to day.
Raising awareness and mobilising teams
The lead runs staff awareness-raising, circulates good practices and supports teams in adopting responsible behaviours, strengthening collective buy-in.
Interface with suppliers and partners
The lead ensures that suppliers meet the environmental criteria set by the establishment (durable products, short supply chains, reduced packaging) and promotes responsible, lasting relationships with partners.
Monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement
The post makes it possible to measure the effectiveness of actions, produce environmental indicators and propose adjustments to strengthen the establishment's ecological performance over time.
