Its features
Responsible sourcing
100% of raw materials are of local origin (Alsace) or, failing that, national origin. This priority given to the terroir guarantees full traceability and supports French agriculture.
Artisanal production
All the drinks are developed and produced on site, in the dedicated laboratory within the Sources de Soultzmatt (68), thereby limiting intermediate industrial transfers.
Shipping without plastic film
To eliminate single-use plastic, pallets are not wrapped in film. They are secured with reusable ropes of French origin, a pioneering alternative in the industry.
Deposit packaging
The drinks are delivered in sturdy polypropylene (PP) crates from a partner manufacturer just across the border (Germany). These crates are also subject to a deposit and are put back into the logistics loop after each delivery.
Recovery of residues
100% of unavoidable production waste (cardboard, paper, wooden pallets) is sorted and sent to material recovery channels.
Intensive reuse
A glass bottle (sourced from France/Germany) has a lifespan of at least 6 years, allowing about 40 reuse cycles.
Energy efficiency
The cleaning and refilling of existing bottles is optimised to drastically reduce energy consumption compared with making new glass.
Infinite recycling
At end of life (breakage or wear), the glass is collected, crushed and annealed to become a bottle again. Glass is infinitely recyclable, ensuring endless circularity.
Solidarity
The Sources de Soultzmatt work in collaboration with an ESAT for the non-returnable glass stream.
