- Everyday action
Why use PEFC-certified paper? PEFC is one of the major international certification systems. It guarantees sustainable forest management based on the forest’s three main functions: - Environmental: preserving biodiversity and preventing fires - Social: safe forestry work and leisure activities, and respect for local communities - Economic: respecting the forest’s productive capacity. Buying PFEC paper therefore certifies an environmentally responsible purchase that helps the buyer contribute to sustainable forest management and waste reduction.
