Using wooden toys and games
Sustainable purchasing

Why prioritise wooden toys? Wood is a bio-based material which, if properly managed, can be renewable, unlike plastic. As well as protecting the environment, users benefit from toys that are healthier for them. However, watch out for paints and varnishes sometimes used on toys. Wooden toys are also generally sturdier than plastic ones and last longer, which can save money too!
