Who are we?
Alsace Qualité is the leading association dedicated to supporting, promoting and showcasing quality, certification and origin schemes within Alsatian agricultural and agri-food sectors. A true crossroads of expertise, it brings together the region’s professionals to help them structure their specifications (AOP, IGP, Label Rouge, Agriculture Biologique) and to guarantee consumers products of impeccable quality, traceable and rooted in local know-how.
By joining La Fourmilière, Alsace Qualité fully embraces our mission of bringing together committed organisations to make their eco-responsible actions more visible and shared. Its membership reflects a strong desire to promote virtuous local practices to our community of consum’actors and solution providers. Through its eco-responsible page, the association actively contributes to the momentum of our network by highlighting initiatives that strengthen the environmental, social and solidarity characteristics of local production. This synergy makes it possible to support ever more businesses towards sustainable and transparent models, from producer to consumer.
