Ginkgo Hospitality Consulting offers hotels and restaurants several types of diagnostics and support to start or confirm their path toward eco-responsibility, notably environmental labelling (Affichage Environnemental). This official continuous-improvement approach, backed by the French Ministry of Ecological Transition and ADEME, whose calculation tool was developed for the hotel industry by the firm Betterfly Tourism, makes it possible to measure the environmental footprint of a tourist accommodation, then to draw up a personalised action plan quantifying the economic and environmental gains the establishment can target in the short, medium and long term.

Ginkgo Hospitality Consulting also assists hotel-restaurant owners whose premises exceed 1000 m² with compliance with the Décret Tertiaire (Eco Energie Tertiaire declaration): support for hoteliers / restaurateurs, explanation of the Decree and its stakes, information gathering, strategic decisions on the reference year, initial declaration on OPERAT, setting up a digital energy management platform, and defining and monitoring the Energy Saving Master Plan.
