Giving your plate a voice by encouraging dialogue with local producers: that is what LES PARAGES aims to do!

Eating local, seasonal food makes sense and brings back the pleasure of all the senses!

All our dishes are prepared and cooked entirely in-house, following direct discussions with small local producers practising farm-based, organic or integrated agriculture, to bring you fresh ingredients and the flavours of our region.
