Its features
Organic certification
Brewed to strict specifications that exclude any chemical pesticide, guaranteeing the preservation of water resources and respect for biodiversity.
Terroir & short supply chain
Use of Alsatian Barbe Rouge hops, grown right next to the brewery. This local sourcing limits the greenhouse gas emissions linked to transporting raw materials.
Energy
Savings of around 76% in energy consumption.
Water resource
Savings of 33% in water consumption.
Waste
Near-total elimination of primary packaging waste thanks to the return loop.
Reuse
A deposit bottle has an average lifespan of at least 6 years, travelling between 20 and 25 times between the brewery and the consumer.
Recycling
When a bottle is too worn (scuff marks) or broken, it enters the glass recycling stream.
Total circularity
Placed in a glass bank, it is annealed and moulded to become a new bottle again. As glass can be recycled endlessly, it fits into an endless circular logic.
