Who are we?
An Alsatian family business in Sessenheim, specializing in fruit and vegetable juices and cider for more than 100 years.
The Sautter cider works was founded in 1888 thanks to the abundance of quality apples along the Rhine. Fruit juice production began in 1953 with apple juice, followed by red-fruit juices, vegetable juices and eventually exotic flavours such as orange to suit every taste.
Today, the company offers more than forty varieties: pure juices, original blends, organic juices and, still, cider.
The team of around fifteen people processes between 2,000 and 3,000 tonnes of apples each year, mainly from Alsatian orchards. Nearly 2 million bottles are produced annually.
