Who are we?
Brasserie du Grillen is a brewery and brewpub in the Grillenbreit district of Colmar, Alsace.
We brew our beers in the former Berglas-Kiener cotton mill, characterized by typical 19th-century industrial buildings and a large red-brick chimney overlooking the area.
Today, Grillenbreit is home to a lively concert venue, a growing IUT and several surrounding businesses and shops.
In this evolving district, where an alternative industrial character sits alongside housing, it felt natural to add our own “grain of malt” by opening our brewery here. Helping revitalize this historic place is essential to us.
